What is Sea Moss?

Sea Moss is a form of algae grown in the ocean. It contains 92 of the 102 minerals the body needs. Sea Moss is commonly known as Irish Moss and used predominately in Caribbean culture.

How long does Sea Moss last?

Sea Moss gel lasts one month refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.

Dried Sea Moss lasts one year in dry cooled storage.

How do I use Sea Moss?

Sea moss can be taken in a variety of ways. It can be taken in capsules, gummies, gels or powders. 

Recommended dose for Sea Moss gel is 2 tablespoons per day for an adult. Children under the age of 12 can consume up to 1 tablespoon daily. 

Sea Moss, can be added to the following alternatives; teas, smoothies, soups and stews. It can also be added as a thickening agent .  

Sea Moss can also be used topically for any eczema, psoriasis, or skin irritation. It can also be used for facial and hair treatments as it provides moisture to the skin.

Where does Sea Moss come from?

The Sea Moss provided is imported from the beautiful oceans of Saint Lucia. It is grown naturally along the rocky coast in the Caribbean Sea.

Local divers hand-pick our Sea Moss and naturally harvest it in the ocean. It is then cleaned and sun-dried prior to packaging. There is no other human intervention or use of chemicals and pesticides. The ocean waters are also monitored and routinely tested for Heavy Metals such as Lead, Mercury, E.Coli, and more. 

Can I overdose on Sea Moss?

It is suggested to not exceed 2 tablespoons of Sea Moss daily.
